Prepare the Landlords VAT schedule and forward to the Landlord for payment to ZRA, file copy in VAT schedule box file for safe keeping, auditors and ZRA inspection.
Receive the WHT certificates from the tenants who pay the WHT direct to ZRA: Submit copies to the Landlord, File copies in each tenants box file for safe keeping, auditors and ZRA inspection
Receive the monthly tenant rent payments, deposit at the Landlords bank Account, scan the copies and submit to the Landlord, file the copies for safe keeping, for auditors and ZRA inspection
These payments also include VAT (ZRA), NAPSA, Petty Cash, land Rates (Lusaka City Council), Workmen Compensation, etc.
